The following facilities are available to visitors:

- 4 parking spaces reserved for the disabled on the museum site (turnaround loop at the drop-off point)

- A video tour in French Sign Language in complete autonomy thanks to the free audioguide
The Louvre-Lens audio guide offers a tour of 23 works in the Galerie du Temps, produced entirely for the deaf and hearing-impaired. It’s free, works on smartphones and requires no download. It is currently only available in French.
