Whatever the formula you choose, the philanthropy law of August 1, 2003 entitles you to a corporate tax deduction equal to 60 % of your donation, subject to a limit of 5 % of turnover.
Moreover, you will be entitled to benefits worth 25 % of the total amount of your donation.
