The museum
Wednesday to Monday: 10am – 6pm
Ticket desk closes at 5:15pm
Closed Tuesday and some holidays (1 January, 1 May and 25 December)

 

The park
The park is open every day:
16 April to 31 October, 7am to 9pm.
1 November to 15 April, 8am to 7pm.

GETTING TO THE MUSEUM

Train, car, plane, landscaped footpath . . . The Louvre-Lens is easy to reach.

Several trains a day from Paris, Lille and Arras stop at Lens station.
Travel to the Louvre-Lens by TER using the Pass Louvre-Lens and your return ticket is free. Valid in the Hauts de France only.

The museum is served by Tadao, the bus network of Lens-Liévin, Hénin-Carvin and Béthune-Bruay.

WITH THE 41 LINE:
Get off at the ‘Louvre-Lens’ stop, rue Paul Bert (200 metres from the museum by foot). This stop is recommended for people with reduced mobility.

COMING TO THE MUSEUM - PARKING

The Musée du Louvre-Lens is next door to the Bollaert-Delelis stadium and traffic can be heavy on days when there are home matches. It is recommended to park in the Jaurès car park, on the Liévin side.

Coming to the Musée du Louvre-Lens

TOOLS AND DIGITAL RESOURCES

To make your visit easier, take advantage of the Louvre-Lens audio-guide (using the local wifi, no download needed). This tool will enable you to prepare for your visit, find your way around the museum and park, and listen to audio commentaries by the exhibition curators. It also offers a fun tour for children to follow.

The on-site library is open to all and offers workstations for six with Internet access and free wifi.
